Support for Jr Mod, I believe mods should have some sort of training before becoming a global mod. But instead of one gamemode I think it should be two. No support for admin.
Support for Admin. Many times there are issues with ranks and things moderators don't have power to help with. We need more people with the ability to help out in those situations.
Need more players, who can be responsible with the position, to be available online to moderate. I like the idea of Jr Mods. There are some players who only play one game. At the same time, would too many mods scare away players?
Thanks for all the support. This would really help the server. Also there are Jr Mods on SkyBlock so I don't know why there isn't one here.
Support. Having a Jr Mod rank has always really appealed to me. As for the Admin rank, I believe we need a couple more trusted Moderators who have more commands than other Moderators.
No Support. The staff ranks in place are good enough, and there is nothing wrong with them. In fact I believe that the whole "1 Gamemode" thing is an extremely bad idea, it would mean there would be almost 10x more staff. Also, staff don't just play one gamemode, what if they see a hacker on PvP when they are on OPPvP (Example).
I go against what @AthleticPsycho said, as why would Cypriot and Crew go through the process of ensuring their staff are trustworthy, when they will just have to do it again if they are chosen. I think Moderators should be trusted, or not, I don't think there should be two steps to becoming an actual Moderator, also who is going to be there for hours on end to 'Train' or look after the "Jr. Mod". No Support, still.
so your saying, if that mod had no past experience and was trusted, don't put them into a rank like jr-mod, and just put them as mod first and see how they do.
Going off of what I said; I'm going to support Jr. Moderators, but I do not support Admin. I believe a Sr. Moderator would also be cool. These people would have /ban on all game modes, while Jr. Moderators have /mute and /kick (/tempban in lobby)
That's not true. A Head-Mod would have power above the Sr. Mod. I like this idea, but it kind of makes it seem like we are copying Mineplex, and their staff ranks
