Skyblock - Bring Back Changing Spawners with Monster Eggs

I suggest we be able to change spawners with eggs again. The benefits are that people will actually have a reason to buy spawners from the MV webstore, and the server won't be flooded with porkchops.

I believe @CypriotMerks was going to change this back some time ago.
I am familiar with the SilkSpawner's permissions and there is definitely one for changing spawners with monster eggs. Last time I asked about this I was told that it was fixed and to go check the server. But a different permission had been changed.
There is also a permission to CREATE a spawner with a monster egg. This wreaked havoc on the server for a few hours. But when he changed that permission back to false the intended permission wasn't changed to true.
I know some long time player are happy with the spawners they have, but new people would probably like to have something besides pig spawners.

Please support this change.

I like raw pork too, but I won't like it when it's 10 cents a stack. That's gonna bomb the price of emeralds too.
