Prolouge Before I begin this brand new application I would like to thank everyone for all of the support they have given in the past. NoobCupCake, SSMH and some others suggested making a new moderator application since the previous one was outdated, to old, and needed to be closed. So I come to you today with this brand new application. Before I continue for those who look at me as a childish immature kid please take this apology into consideration. I'm sorry Cypriot, Crew, and the Mineverse Community for my actions on this server and the skyblock server in the past. I truly wish I could take back everything I did but I can't. So I'm asking if you could forgive me and look at me from a new perspective. Also please don't judge me by my application as I do not have any words of wisdom. Even though I have not been active lately due to school and other games I would like to say If I get this position I will ensure to you I will put other servers/games to the side to moderate here. I truly regret the descisions I made and am asking if I can still be trusted. I'm confident most people on the forums won't accept my mistake and move on, but I want to change. I live with a family of four including myself in the United States. My life is full of a lot of fun and many experiences. Not only are my teachers nice to me but they hardly ever give out homework (Besides my Algebra I teacher but I get it done quick). Not only have I been in the Mineverse community for nearly 2 years but I have also been on Noobcrews servers for 3 and a half years now. I am very Well-Known in the community and a lot of people are friendly to me, as I am back. Ever since I joined Mineverse I've wanted to serve the commuity by helping and reporting any player I see violating a rule. Kindness- Kindness is a trait not everyone posesses in life. I am kind daily towards friends, family, and even people I don't like. Same in-game, I'm always friendly to new coming players when they first join in-game. I Show them around for a minute or two and once they're all good they go have fun. Not only had I just made a player aware of the rules, how to play, etc. But I had just made a friend as well. Responsibility- You are responsible for your actions and you always have been. The way people look on you is how you build off your mistakes and become a better person. I take responsibility in my actions and do thins while I can. This is a huge trait in moderation. Without responsibility a moderator would not take action when needed. Honesty- Honesty is the trait a moderator must have to succeed in moderating and not be demoted. Every day I am honest and always tell the truth to any person. This qualification is very helpful in moderation and me possessing it could be very helpful if I'm ever promoted on Mineverse. Patience- Many believed at first I had no patience at all but it has no become clear that I do. I use patience in many situations. Situations like these include waiting in a line, school, and your turn. If I didn't have the trait of patience I wouldn't be applying right now. An impatient person would've gave up on moderator by now instead of waiting 2 years like me. Maturity- Maturity is the most useful trait in all of moderating. Do you want childish kids running this server? I use maturity every day of my life and it grows more and more daily. I use maturity in school when we people are yelling for no reason. In church when people are being immature and interupting groups. I use it in-game always when people are doing things they shouldn't, being immature, or being a bully. I stay calm stay out and report. Commitment- I am very committed to helping Mineverse and the community. I've been on Mineverse for almost 2 years now and Crews Servers in general for 3 and a half years now. I believe I've been here long enough to hold the position of moderator. Me and many others have noticed are lack of staff. The most recent mods have been very active but it's not enough. I am dedicated to this server and if I get the Moderator position I will be dedicated for helping and server our community. How long can you be active on the server everyday? Weekends 12-15 hours in-game 13-15 hours on forums Weekdays 4-6 hours in-game 5-7 hours on Forums How long have you been playing Mineverse? I've been playing on Mineverse for 1 Year and 10 Months now. I've been playing on Noobcrews Servers in general for 3 years and a half now. Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) In-Game Yes I have been banned twice. One for Attempted Scam and the other for Owning 4 Plots at once (Which is now allowed). These bans both occured in the year 2014. I hope you don't judge me by my bans as I havn't been banned for over a year now and don't plan on being banned Forums I was banned multiple times in 2014 for infractions but have only been banned once in 2015 which was a misban due to confusion between me and a player named "Glitch". I was banned just the other day by Cypriot for raging on the forums because i kept on not getting my levels, which honestly I think was ridiculous. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I have no past experience as a moderator on any large server but you got to start sometime ;) Conclusion I'd really like to thank you for reading my Moderator Application. I've put a lot of work into this application and hope you liked it. I just dont like that you have multiple bans in both the game and forums. Also the age is also distressing even though i know people your age that are mods. Sorry -1
Thanks! I realize that I have been banned on forums. Even though it was one year ago I respect your opinion. I will fix those as soon as possible and yes I'm trying to work with my maturity. I'm mature but not mature enough. I'll became more mature madii Any things to work/improve on? Don't remember getting angry at players in-game. Was it on the forums? Either way I'll be sure to keep my cool. And Like I said above I'll work on my grammar.
You had an application with 43 pages. It was created in 2014 and it was last updated by you on Saturday, it's very plain and simple to know that you aren't going to be promoted to any Staff Member rank by now since hell a Staff Member got promoted last Sunday and you had this up for almost 2 years.
We're/I'm not going to edit it, as he's stating his opinion on Glitcher. That's not how it works. It's not based off of the number of pages/replies/reporters. It's based off of who we moderators believe are good candidates, which are then sent to the head-mods, who send their picks to Cypriot, who makes the final choice.
You obviously didn't read what I said correctly. I was stating the plain obvious, however you are correct that Cypriot doesn't vote on those stats but it goes to show he hasn't been promoted since he made that thread and obviously won't be for reasons I will not discuss nor the the say to do so. /Thread
Why are you trying to start a flame war? Simply because I've been applying for 2 years means nothing. Athletic was applying for 2 years and she got mod. I don't want to start a flame war on page one. If you just want to make a big flame war do it somewhere else.
It's not for a flame war what so ever, I am just stating my opinions but I guess that's counted now as flame. Anyhow GL you gonna need it ;)
