Those screenshots do not prove that she was titan. Please tell her to [email protected] with her ign, a detailed description of her current issue, and include valid proof that she was actually titan.
Neither. Before you edited the post, it said she was missing titan. Also, you need to include screenshots of her missing the rank on the other servers.
