Half of them are lying. They say minimum and maximum, that's what gives it away. Some say they get 250+, and lowest at 180fps. It's a lie, there's a certain balance in minecraft in FPS to make the game run stable. You can't just have 250+ FPS on lowest and just have 180 on highest. That's not how it works. I know well on how GPU's and minecraft game compatibility works because I have the built my computer which is the best on this thread. I know for a plain fact. Enough of my run on, Obviously some are lying. FPS balances arent like that.
60, always will be 60 because most monitors are 60hz. Unless of course you're playing on a 144 monitor or an old CRT monitor. 250+ = 60 60 = 60
I forgot to mention how many FPS I get in Minecraft, lol. I have a 60hertz monitor so I used Optifine. All the settings are on the highest, btw. I highest frames I have ever gotten is 250-260fps (rarely on servers and in worlds) The average frames I get is around 100-150fps (most of the time). The lowest frames I have ever gotten is around 20-30fps, lol. (It's between rare and sometimes) I don't use Shaders so I don't know.
LOL hahahaha that costs at least 2000$ Lol a TITAN X 2tb of ssd's, 1000w power supply and12 gb of ram? wtf that s ridiculous Put a GTX 980 and 500gb ssd and 8/16Gb ram

Yes, but you will need one load of a power supply, and it will eat so much power too. A i7 is absolutely fine ;p But I agree, you can still use it.
If you have bandicam, your fps may be locked at 60 because of that. Somewhere in the settings you will find a max fps limit and the default amount is 60.
