This isn't true. I accept people that I trust and that I know well. How well they PvP is also a factor. Prestiges do not always mean that they are good, it often means they just vote a lot.

Nobody is automatically placed in. This is not the group chat that you're thinking of. You don't have to team with every player in the clan, only the ones you want to team with.
