Going over my application, I do have a question, what else could I/should I add to this?

Why do you think you should become a mod? I believe I should become a mod for many different reasons.

*Dedication* When I put myself into a job/position, I throw myself head-long into it. I give my 100% to everything that I do. If given this job, I will work my behind off to help Mineverse be an even better place to be. I am online and available just about any time of my day. If I am not right at the computer and help is needed, if someone sends me a skype message, I will get it really fast.

*Love For Kids/Young Adults* I guess my love for kids really comes from being a cleverly disguised kid in an adult body. :p I love all kids and have my entire life. Many years ago I quit my paying job to become a stay at home mom as well as to become a foster mom. My husband and I were parents to over 20 kids during the time we were foster parents. We absolutely love helping kids with any background, in any situation. I know a lot of kids/young adults struggle in today's age and have 2 great ears for listening. I have offered to help many kids on Mineverse that are currently struggling to talk with them and give them advice on their situations if needed. It really bothers me when I see my friends (and yes I consider them my friends even though they are half my age) struggling and want to help them in any way I could.

*Loyal & Trustworthy* I have to say that I am extremely loyal to those who are loyal to me. I have made many friends throughout the Mineverse community and they will tell you that I am very loyal to everyone. Even those who aren't necessarily my friends know that I am loyal to my friends. Everyone that is not brand new also knows they can trust me 100%. I have never scammed anyone, nor do I ever plan to.

*Just* I do my very best and do not knowingly break the rules. I have gotten myself into trouble a few times because at the time I did not know the rules (my fault, yes). But in every other aspect, I do what is right. I am a very fair person. I am stickler for the rules and will enforce them as needed.

*Helpful* I try my best to help players in any situation. There are so many new people in and out of prison, I feel as if I type the same thing 100 times a day. But each time someone asks for help and I am not AFK, I help them to my best ability. If I cannot help them with a specific task (reporting, rank help, etc) I point them in the right direction to ensure they can get what they need done.

*Experience* Not only do I have a lot of life experience, I also have a lot of professional experience as well. In the past I have been a co-owner of a successful business. I was responsible for several employees, anywhere from 5-9 at a time. I was also responsible for hiring and releasing people as needed. I was also responsible for all of the things a secretary would do. Payroll, taxes, estimates, etc. Any kinds of lists, written rules, you name it, I will excel at it, if given the chance.

I currently serve positions on 2 different board of directors for Home School Associations in our local area. I am responsible for coordinating numerous different events for both groups. I make sure all of the other coordinators that assist me are doing what needs to be done and offer assistance if any is ever needed. If they are having problems getting things taken care of, I help them however they need it. If they need to step down from their positions, it is my responsibility to see that we find a suitable replacement. I am also responsible for all communications for one of the groups. I maintain and keep up our group's multiple websites as well.
