What's with the "Coming Soon" signs?

Log Into the Lobby.
You will see the lobby, yes. But look at the signs. These signs inevitably have the game-modes on them but there are a few that say "Coming Soon!" Why don't I believe you, Noobcrew.
The server has been up for 2 years or so and you've had those signs there forever. Why not change the name to "Useless lava portal" Because you're making people think that you are introducing new games to Mineverse, which
(other than the towny server) isn't going to happen.

If you want to put up the signs saying "Coming Soon" at least have some game-modes in the making to go with it.

Never really payed attention to it until now

 

When I came on this server, I was so excited when I saw those signs. Now, I just don't get why they are still there. They could probably rename it to something like N/A

 

I used to be so exited to see what servers they would add in. It's been a long time since i've joined Mineverse and the signs are STILL there. They could probably use the mini-games and put a portal there. but otherwise, they are pointless.

 

Well someone's impatient.

 

We've brought out quite a few new servers such as GTA, OpPrison, OpFactions, and ArcherPvP.
I don't see your point in saying "just towny".
They've made progression, if you look back over the months and not just the past two weeks.

Well, Towny is going to be placed on one of them. It's just the layout of the spawn, and reserving portals for new servers.

 

I don't get what more than you want. We're having towny coming out, a new server being worked on, and a special something in the near future. Just chill.

There are more portals than game modes. It would be inconsistent to only place signs on some of the portals.

 

It does take a really long time to create new game modes... especially if you are making the plug ins yourself... I believe to the number of game modes mineverse currently have, Cyp and Noobcrew (with a little help from Tanner) have done a really good job in 2 years...

 

Well since I have joined, there have been new game modes released. OP Factions, Hellblock, OP Prison, Archer Pvp, GTA, and Mini games were all added throughout the time line of Mineverse. With the new addition of Towny, Mineverse is taking another step towards expansion.

The reason the server has those extra portals with "Coming Soon!" signs is because the owners thought ahead and planned for more game modes to be added, and had portals reserved. And it is true, they are Coming Soon, how soon? Only the owners and a few others know.

 

If so then what happens when we have more gamemodes than portals? I presume a new spawn will be made and it will most likely be full of "Comin Soon" signs too
