Highly needed, Pv's OP Pvp

Well, it seems that Pv's are abused now. Right before a ranked players dies with Pv's they opened their Pv's and put all their stuff away making it impossible to get loot now. I am suggesting putting Pv's turned off in Combat so they can not open them without being at spawn or away from pvp. Although this will just make them run 'till they're out of combat and then open their Pv's. Please take it up for consideration.

They could add a cooldown for pv's so they don't remove them and ranked players need to wait till it opened

We don't need to remove it just add a cooldown, and just keep it. I like it.

 

Remove the ability to open it during pvp.
