If you want to apply, go ahead. There is nobody telling you not to. In my opinion, you are not ready to be moderator.

You can apply for Moderator when you feel that you are ready. I think you might need to get to know the players a bit more before applying. I first applied the second I joined forums, and I didn't get anywhere with it. However, when I got to know the community better, and I applied again when I was more mature, I was accepted.

If you don't have anything constructive to say then don't say it at all.

I don't know you from game play, so I don't know you personally. I would highly recommend looking over the English/grammar in your post before asking a serious question like that. If that were on your mod application, it wouldn't get you a lot of support.
