I believe it started last year on December 1st, but I may be wrong. I think it was around 45% off, but once again I may be wrong.

When it pops up in-game you will know.
Also you will know it's on sale when on forums it has snowflakes on the screen.

Each game there is a christmas sale. There are these little dots next to the current donators names, everything has a 50% of in shop so premium would be 2.50USD and I believe God for only 50 USD. It normally starts on Dec 1st and ends on Jan 1st.

A Christmas sale begins at some point during the month of December and finishes after Christmas, usually around the beginning of January. Usually, every rank becomes cheaper by around 20-40%.

 

There is always a sale on ranks
During Christmas it is 20-25% off

I'm unsure about the sale because everyone else had different answers. Some said 25% off, others said 45% and 50%.

According to this, the sale is 30% off. This is the only thing I could find regarding the discount's amount.
I don't know when it starts, or how long it lasts, though.
