they still havent replied yet and im waiting for my sponcer rank

can u tell me what i should do?

 

Donations can take up to 24 hours to go through, if you're still having this issue than reply to that email you sent so that it can be seen easier.

It's easier if you buy it yourself. I don't think you lost your rank, I think you try to fool moderators to buy a rank for you, or just promote you. If you ever had a sponsor rank, show us evidence. If you already bought it, but you didn't get the rank within 5 minutes, you typed your name wrongly.

If my theses are wrong, please tell me exactly what happened.

The shop doesn't let you do that. It gives you the message
The username you entered is not a valid Minecraft account.

If you typed it wrong, idk how you got into the shop.

 

I'm afraid that's your problem.
Showing some evidence might make the possibility of getting sponsor back higher.

How would you like if you lost your rank and no one replied to your email? put yourself in his shoes.

 

It's impossible to type your name wrong.
The shop system (BuyCraft) will deny any incorrect username entered.
@wesley watts I suggest contacting Administration directly, I will tag the owners, see if they have any ideas.

@wesley watts If this is a trick, or some form of false thread to trick Moderators or anyone else to buy you a rank, you may be banned.
The server can tell wether or not you have actually bought a rank, they have a list of all donations, and from whom.
I suggest if this is a Scam Thread, please ask for it to be closed, before they realise.

Nobody will buy you a rank, or give you the rank unless you actually provide valid evidence.
I suggest maybe checking your PayPal account or account you used for purchasing the rank, and screen shotting any "Recent Purchases" etc, this would help you with your problem.

I bought my god rank and i received in 5 mins... You need to be online in game if tou don t you may wait some time

 

If you've emailed support, you'll know that they almost never respond.
I have inquiries from months ago with no response.

 

Actually, it is possible. Say your name was nether and there was another person named nethre. If you accidentally put nethre, the rank will go to that username rather yours.
