Missing Rank For PatchyPlayzMc

I bought my friend PatchyPlayzMc Premium rank for being the best friend/Bae i could ever have. He got banned for asking a mod to ban him so he's unbanned but he doesn't have the rank. So i tried to contact NoobCrew but he didn't answer. So I'm asking You mods to please give PatchyPlayzMc His Premium he thinks ima jerk and we known eachother for 2 1/2 years please fix this, If this doesn't get fixined in a week I'm Sorry but i will haft to contact buycraft code is 6563-2563-5674-6732

 

Proficent, have you got proof that he was Premium? if not then they cant give it back

 

I recommend emailing the server @ support.mineverse.com and giving them the, transaction id, ign, etc. Doing this will then make you wait 48 hours+ for a response from someone.

 

or a quicker way to do it is msg Cyp on here when hes on and Put the proof that he was Premium in that msg that would take less or i think bananaman or fryzigg can do that also

 

Hey! Here are some tips into getting your rank back;

1st Step - Go to your Email, and Email [email protected], with your:
In-Game Name:
Rank Loss:
Transaction ID/Proof of existing rank:

2nd Step - Wait patiently for action to be taken in-game, if you are impatient and email the team more than twice, your chances of getting assisted with is minimal.

Do this, or if you happen to see Cypriot or Noobcrew online, message them and they should be able to help you

 

Cypriot and or Noobcrew do not usually fix things whilst they're in-game, they're usually busy with in-game things. Your best shot is to email the support team.

 

Some people actually get lucky and they reply to you in-game or on forums. But emailing gives you a slightly better chance
