It doesn't look nice, and the buildings have nothing to do with the theme.

 

Yes the buildings do, and the theme can change easily anyways. Also, it doesn't have to look nice to be accepted, and its not like yours is great either -_-

The only thing you should really be thinking about is weather or not it will be fun to play on.

sorry for being so defensive its just i probably put 45 hours into this map and i really want it to get accepted

Neutral, I suggest make the map have some more detail here and there

 

Well, the spawn point is kind of open so it gives players the ability to basically shoot zombies when they spawn... I don't play infections often but I'm pretty sure this isn't allowed otherwise it is a nice map :D
If spawning killing is allowed then ignore the comment above...

 

It is allowed, though it's awfully annoying and I don't do it even when I'm human, and I don't like it when donors do it..
