Basically that person just sold you a phone you can't exactly use, in a way.

 

Billy get on ur phone and go back to the part where you're suppose to connect to wifi and send me a picture of that screen and I'll tell you what to do after that.

 

What do I do then? Cause I might have to go to McDonald's cause I don't have wifi.

 

Ahh . It's because you need to be connected to a network so you can go to the complex settings of the network and change the DNS to be able to connected to someones private server so you can Bypass the Icloud activation.

 

Wait I what? :P. Tonight when my dad gets home I'll go to McDonald's.

 

Wait no Mcdonalds wifi is too bad for it. When will you be getting wifi again?

 

We might get frontier this Friday. I don't know how long it will take to come and set it up, though. There is also a library with decent internet.

 

Just wait until you get your wifi. There's no rush to it. The method im gonna give you to try and resolve your problem is 100% guarantee. But in the meanwhile I'll see if theres any easier way of bypass. (Bypass will get you right through the setup so you can use your phone straight up without and problems)
