So on Skyblock, we have Trial Moderators. Over here, we don't. So here's my suggestion. In your application, you pick one - three servers you wish to moderate, if you are promoted, you are to be a trial moderator. When Cyp thinks you are doing good, he will promote you to Full Moderator, thus making you a Global Moderator. I think this suggestion will help with picking moderators and make sure that they're the right person for the job. Also, if it's not already implemented, allow Head Moderators to choose staff members, remove ratings, take away forums bans and accept suggestions, please. xD I might edit this later.
Support this, but I don't support the idea of trial moderators. If someone is going to abuse, it doesn't matter if they're only promoted on three gamemodes or all gamemodes, they'll still abuse. I think it's evident, through the way someone acts and through the amount of support that they get, if they'll be a good moderator or not.
Head mods already choose mods. I don't like the idea of becoming more like Skyblock. The promoting system we have now works fine.
