Rank lost

Hi,

Since last september I'm not able to play with my Titan Rank that I bought only a month before.
Someone, using my name, bought a Premium rank claiming to be me and I suppose that's the reason why I lost the titan rank.
I'm tired to send emails to [email protected] with the information of my purchase to proof I bought the rank. Is anybody there ? Is anybody looking at that emails?

Can anybody let me know how can I get my rank back?

At the day of today im waiting for answer.....

 

Contact support and email them once a week. They have a lot to do so it can take some time to reply.
