Updates Added a new part to Why should you be moderator? This new part is basically a list of commands a moderator would need to know in order to moderate a server, just a small addition. But I just wanted to tell you.

Normally I won't do this but I got bored in the car and made some changes to my application. *Added Manners to Qualifications *Removed Ugly Lines *Added a mini-title *Edited How long I've been on Mineverse so it was up to date. Added new template question to the application. Feel free to read it.
Any things I could improve on that is keeping you from supporting? Edit: Added Optimism, Reliability, Active, and Trust to Qualifications along with a Prolouge and a new typed About Me. Also added Forums activity to How long can you be on?

lol no mod for glitcher again... maybe because you bump your app every 5 minutes and they didnt. bumping makes it look trashy. or as you say I added new things to my application please read!
