Are Creeper Eggs disabled in the Prison game-mode? If they are why?

 

I heard someone say that they only work at certain times in the day, which would make sense because sometimes they work for me and sometimes they don't.

The other day I collected two zombie spawners and one blaze spawner while using them, we can meet in game, if you want to see them

No they are not! They work just fine on OpFactions.

 

It's part of donator kits (some)

 

It depends where you use them.
In superflat they don't work at all.
In the nether, they are enabled.
In free world, they are enabled.
In a free-world claimed land(factions), it depends on a factor whether creeper eggs work(creepers exploding claimed land).
