I believe they should bring hoppers back to survival. I am very aware of the reason of them getting disabled was because of duplication. But why did they just disable them rather then fixing the problem. I believe they need to give this problem more attention because no hoppers takes a very big chunk out of minecraft survival.
They were removed for a duplication glitch, not the above. Until this is fixed they won't be added back.
I know they won't be back till the bug is fixed. But i think they're a big part of minecraft and they should give more attention to fixing it.
No support. If hoppers run at full speed it can become a huge lag issue, and we don't really need them anyways.
Changed My Vote To Neutral. I got the point of the thread wrong, and I guess it could be useful for my mob farms, but still there is the dupe glitch.
Oh is it? Then we haven't much choice. As much as I would like to have hoppers back for the various uses I have for them, free food production, tree farm machine, potion machine and more, I can see why they were disabled as the duping had gotten out of hand when I was last on here about 9 months or so ago. I'll miss my handy hoppers but... For now I do think it's a good idea that they are disabled.
Neutral. Before they bring back the hoppers they have to find a way to remove the duplication glitch, because working hoppers are part of the many ways to duplicate items.
