Missing Prison Perms

Send an email [email protected] with your in game name, problem, proof of which game modes you are missing your rank on, and proof that you have the rank. You might not get an immediateresponse, so try sending the same email once every week.

 

Did you type /rankup when you were rank free and get put back to D rank? How did it happen?

Well good news, there are some signs at /warp ranks that you can click to fix your rank back to freeman. Also, /warp free is no longer. It is now called /warp freeman. I don't know if you were playing back when the free world was erased for about a week. A lot of people, myself included, lost their /home in the free world. Some didn't lost anything, but I lost all my /sethome places.

 

When I resigned it got messed up.

It's not.

They don't seem to work. The issue is more in that the entire rank is gone, not just the prefix.
