⚎⚍ Turtalized's Moderator Application ⚍⚎ »Preface: Hello everyone, I am Turtalized. My first name is Marcus and I am 15 years old. I live in Melbourne with my mother and father. I enjoy the Mineverse Servers as much as I enjoy life in general. As of my appearance to Mineverse, about 2 months ago, I have been an active member on the forums and in-game. I thrive to be active until I have to stop playing to invest time into my real life studies and job. Even though my current status on the forums says I’m a member and that I joined a couple months ago, doesn’t mean that I am not in the zone to apply for moderator, as I said, I have been in-game, longer than on the forums because of the signing-up glitch. »Age: I am 15 years of age. »In-Game/Forums Name: Both forums and in-game are 'Turtalized' »Time-Zone: My time-zone is AEDT [Australian Eastern Daylight Time-zone] (UTC/GMT +11) »Location: I live in the city of Melbourne, Australia. »Languages: Australian English is my main language and is the only language I speak. »Why do I Wish to Become Moderator? I think I should be moderator because I feel like helping people is an amazing thing and the fact that people reply back with such good words it makes me feel really nice and makes me want to continue helping people. As much as being mod on Mineverse would be nice, I also like to level down the amount of spammers, hackers, abusers, etc. Some traits that I master include: Efficiency ‣ I am very fast into getting done what needs to be done, whether I know it or not, I learn quickly, I approach things with the best of my ability and I try my hardest to make things right for the staff and players. I am not a genius, but I do make mistakes and from those mistakes that I could make, I learn from them quite easily and I will pick up tips from my mistake and make sure that I evade and resolve the problem. Obliging ‣ I am very considerate of people's opinions, thoughts and feelings and I do not disrupt people's day to put someone down. I am an easy person to get along with and I am extremely kind and gentle with everyone, I do not like to fight or argue, instead of arguing I'd prefer to be on the bright side. As I play minecraft and do things during my daily life, I am cooperative and I enjoy working together with people, not just people I know, maybe it's people I don't know or people I don't necessarily like, which at the moment, is nobody. Accomplished ‣ As I have been playing minecraft for a while, I am accomplished in moderation studies. I have had experience with moderation skills such as commands and consequences. I have moderated a couple of servers which my moderation timeline on that server only lasted approximately 6 months. I am skilled enough that I know and understand the consequences of these simple commands; /Ban, /Kick, /Mute, /Jail. Active ‣ I am fairly active in my point-of-view. I am on for at-least 1 hour every day. I don't talk much in chat as I am not a well-known person but I believe I can handle being moderator and hear up my chatting, but when people message me I do reply and I appriciate them messaging me trying to communicate with me. Mature ‣ I believe that I have proven to my family, friends and fellow members of the mineverse community that I am a dependable young adult and that I am reliable for a job such as moderating Mineverse. I approach situations at a reasonable level that is greater than average. Guidance ‣ If people are attempting to seek advice, I am always open for the public to speak to. I like giving out advice to the public whether it's needed or not, I enjoy helping people at the best of my ability. I am fairly intelligent but I am not the smartest person around nowadays, but some of the information I could give out could be worth listening to. Socialization ‣ I enjoy to socialize with people, I enjoy talking to people and giving out some advice to people. I enjoy when people are talking to me and that they're replying back in such a good manner. I am not very 'loud' in chat as not many people know me nor do I know them very well so I don't usually communicate to people but when I do, I enjoy talking to them and I like to reply back and keep chatting with them. Forbearing ‣ I am very patient and restraining. Time, to me doesn't bother me under any circumstances. As long as something takes, it takes and it doesn't have an affect on me to wait a little longer than it was suppose to be handed over or given. I have alot of patience and that, I believe is a good thing because not much comes in directly when you want it to. Responsible ‣ I am an extremely top student real life and I take responsibility for most things I do. I show huge responsibility living with my family whether it's work, or just looking after my siblings. I take huge responsibilities doing whatever I do, anywhere I go. » Activity: Here is a rough schedule of what times I can be on; Monday/Tuesday: 1-3 Hours. Wednesday/Thursday: 1-2 Hours. Friday: 1-4 Hours. Saturday/Sunday: 3-5 Hours. » Service on Mineverse: Roughly 2-3 Months now. [without a forums account due to the signing up glitch] »Have I ever been banned on Mineverse? I have not, nor do I ever plan to, I am a good person. »Past Moderation Experience: I have had experience before with certain commands and I understand the consequences. Neutral I've never seen you In game. You need to be more helpful/active. I like how you you're not just copying other accepted apps, you're doing something different. If English is the only language you speak calling it your main language isn't necessary. Not relevant. You look about 2 months ago to Mineverse? Doesn't make any sense. Of course it doesn't. Don't be influenced by peer-pressure to follow an idea. Where did you say that? Is master exaggerated? I think it is. Why would you evade 'the' problem? Bullocks. Have you seen people with too much makeup? It looks ugly. This sentence has too much makeup, if you know what I mean. By your definition if you're not well-known, you should not talk in the chat? You should be a Jehovah Witness. Nowadays implies change. So… Is extremely exaggerated too? Top student isn't something to pride yourself over anyway. All enrichment students at my school are rich and self absorbed. They're not that intelligent either - but that's for another day. You do know what service means? Why are you no longer there?
