The screenshot provided isn't one from Prison. You will likely need to provide proof that you purchased the God rank. Go into a game mode where you have your God rank and screenshot that, you can also show a screenshot where you are not God rank in Prison.
Send an email to [email protected] with your in game name, problem, proof of which game modes you are missing your rank on, and proof that you have the rank. You might not get an immediateresponse, so try sending the same email once every week.
One further exaiming the screenshot: This could have quite easily been forged by someone , there is no evidence that screenshot was actually taken by you also as said above that's not prisons which leads me to believe you may not be telling the truth
The screenshot you have isn't sufficient, for all we know that could be someone else's account. Valid evidence would be your user tag, because that shows you are god.
