Hello, my friend changed her name recently and she lost permissions to open her chests. Could any of the mods help with this? Her name was _TheOnlyDiamond_ and now it is _Girl_In_Green_. Thanks ~LordDuck_
Since mineverse is set on Username and not UUID, there is no way to get it back except if a staff member breaks it for you. They will have to change their username if they want the chests.
iMeowmix is right. I once saw a Moderator tell a in need user like you that the only way to get the chest open was to change your name back, or get someone who has permission to do it for you. However, it is more likely you will be told to change your name back.
I think Head Moderators can break chests, but I'm not 100% sure. I'll tag them anyway. :p @bananaman11223 @fryzigg If they can't however, the player may need to change their name back. Good luck
