Your photo is no proof that you were Supreme, because it can just as well be a fake that you made on your own or someone else's server you are OP on.

One idea is that you show the whole screen. According to me it is not enough, Good luck.

Weird. When I got my god rank I had it on all the other servers but not on survival.

They may not get back to you straight away, so maybe email them once every week.

I'm sorry to hear about you not having your rank on almost all the game modes. That must suck.

Sending an email to [email protected] following the below template is the quickest possible way to get this problem fixed. You will probably not get an immediate response, so just send an email with the same message once a week. Another possibility is to contact the admins here on the forums, or find them in game. But both of those will take longer or have a small chance of happening.
