• Make the bright colors darker, it hurts peoples eyes.
• Could use some traits under "Why do you think you should become mod"
• Look at other accepted mod applications for inspiration.
• Don't dislike players for giving you feedback. Whether it's positive or negative, you can always ask if there is any way to improve your app.

There is nothing wrong with him replying in colours. If you don't like it, simply don't read it. No one is forcing you too.
