Alison tells me that the creators of this build are pretending that the woman is Janice, but I'm not really sure of the full story.

Posting them here might help (make sure they're in a spoiler, or create a report instead).

 

I was there (as you can see in the top left of the screenshot), and I don't see anything pointing to the idea that they were pretending that it was Janice. :/

 

I believe head mods have perms to remove disgusting builds on plots; or edit plots in general. You should ask.
