Honestly an auto ban plugin should be installed because it will pick up on the spam and hacked clients and ya, ban them without a single command from staff. It can also mute, warn, kick, jail.
They could've been afk doing something to help others or were really busy at the time you asked them. Don't expect mods to act like robots and reply to everyone really quickly.
You must wait 24 hours before buying another free item. Buy an inventory clear from the mineverse shop when the 24 hours is up.
