Is it possible to add flowing water on creative, using worledit? If so, could someone please tell me the command to do so?

You can't add flowing water with world edit, you can only use still water using //set water

Flowing water was disabled to stop griefing.

 

Swear I saw flowing water on other plots though :/

 

You can make it look like it is, just takes some time.

Yeh I know this sucks but it stops some forms of greifing e.g. cobble monstering

 

Not even I knew it was possible to make water look like it's flowing ._.

Also could make glass bodies of water.
