Yes, but question is, how did he get there? I mean, when you fly, you are instantly warped back to your original block , unless you are flying to a certain block. Because the stairs are here, it's supposed to block that from happening..

 

How does he have a fishing rod? (Sorry, I don't play Parkour alot)

 

When you first join parkour, you are given 3 things. Noobcrew's head, a fishing rod, and chain leggings. When you die, you cannot recover them. That's what makes them so rare.

Okay I know what it is now. It's a hack called Climb or Spider. Hack clients have them. It lets you climb any block but it teleports you to the block you came from so it doesn't work. But on Parkour, it does work giving players that have it an advantage against other players finishing levels.

 

But then how does he climb the stairs above him?

 

he could go around and try jump onto the stairs

 

It might be reminiscent of infection lag.
