Every time I go to school and say I play video games, I ALWAYS hear "You play video games? wwwwoooooowwwwwwwwwww", or "Video games suck!". Every time I go to science class my teacher somehow manages to pull in something about how bad video games are. My parents talk about how I play video games too much. IT'S SO FREAKING ANNOYING! :ah @Bkboucher Also... DEEZ NUTZ
Well. Video games are bad, they affect your health and relationship with friends and family. Said no gamer ever.
Video games are actually helpful for the brain. Not to mention that with the new technology coming out soon we will be able to actually run IRL and in the game at the same time. Soon Games will have absolutely no downside.
OMG. what do you think are the chances that will come to Minecraft :t: Ha, "me", "a life" that's funny.
In the next 2-3 years that device will work with almost all games that will come out in the future how ever it is rather expensive at the moment
When I have an Omni and my friends don't. Playing minecraft Friend: "C'mon Sir, Let's climb this hill" Me: "Sure thing!" 5 minutes later... Friend: "Sir! Why are you only half way up the hill? It's been 5 minutes!" Me: "I'm coming *Cough cough* I just need to take a quick bre-... OH GOD! LEG CRAMP!"
What is really funny is how people on Minecraft say to everyone "Video games suck people who play them have no life.." "Why do you play Minecraft then?" *Shrek_get_REKT753 has left the game* ._.
People need to start letting other people make their own life choices. I find it really annoying when my parents are trying to form me into the perfect person, when I am who I am. This is who I am, and if they have something against it, they can keep it to themselves.
There's actually a Rant thread about that :P - http://www.mineverse.com/threads/why-do-people-judge-my-life-choices.59393/#post-640780
I don't know what science teacher you have..But they clearly are unaware that video games actually aid in hand-eye coordination, and also raises your reaction time. Video games, such as Minecraft, also boost creativity and self independence. Those who say video games are bad for you were likely raised during a time period of which little video games even existed. That or they were raised as a child to believe that they are completely unhealthy, which is false.
