So it's occurred to me recently whenever someone gets into a verbal fight with me, they always ask how old I am. Like seriously what does age have to do with it -_-

 

Age doesn't equal maturity, but some people don't seem to comprehend that.

 

They are either wanting to know so they can use it against you or so they can find out if they are picking a flame war with someone way older or younger than themselves, but at the end of the day it's just a number :p

 

Or they are interested in you..

 

They just use it against you and say something like- Lol I'm just going to ignore this 11 year old kid, no point in talking to this *some really rude word*

 

They make fun of you about your age. But like red said its about maturity .

 

Age doesn't represent someone's maturity. People can be immature going into their elder years xD

 

Some people who are 11 can be a lot more mature then some dirty-minded 18 year old

 

True, but then again not all 18 year olds are dirty minded :P
