Lol I know he is most likely a scammer, but it isn't impossible for him to have those balances.

 

If you have full proof that the user is a scammer, feel free to report him.

 

Without one of us getting scammed for $90 there is no way to prove it however @tin15cro already mentioned earlier that he did not have the money on prisons that he claimed he had and I'm sure that this would be the case with other servers.
I don't want a poor unfortunate to get scammed out of $90

 

You may warn users not to take this deal but there is nothing we can do without proper evidence.

 

Could you ip ban someone for attempting to sell someone else'saccount which is directly scamming?

 

We do not have access to IP bans. If a user sells another account but has given them access to it by legit means, there is not much we can do.

That makes no sense on the sellers part. If he doesn't have access to the account, he couldn't give it away. He could only "attempt" to scam it in theory.

 

So someone actually has to get scammed and then likely quit because they will never see a penny of what they lost just to get 1 person banned

 

I don't think you understand. The situation may as well be unfortunate but us mods can't ban without solid proof. Sorry.
