Towny is like factions but at the same time not it has 2 modes.... enabling all the raiding stuff so people from other towns can go raiding and killing or have it has peaceful where we cant go raiding but overall its pretty much make a town invite people do it make it huge and wounderful...

 

If it's similar to hcf I can help raxs get a op start, trust me my knowledge is great rn on hcf scrub
