i changed my name from tigershark08 to tigersharkpvp can i have all my data form tigershark08 acount to mine please!

Rank : Send a email to [email protected]
Plots: Go to both gamemodes and stand on the plot. Then do ./plotme dispose and after that do ./plotme claim. After that it should work.

Then I suggest change your name back and then add you to the plots.

 

I believe you can email support for help with the plots as well.
Try emailing them once or twice a week for a better chance of it being seen!

Send an email to [email protected] with your in game name, problem, proof of which game modes you are missing your rank on, and proof that you have the rank. You might not get an immediateresponse, so try sending the same email once every week

However usually they just tell you to change your name back as it would require manually changing all of your play data

 

I have tried sending them emails, its faster to change your name back.

 

I don't think Cyp gets notifications from being tagged.

 

For your rank: Email [email protected]
For your plots: To reclaim your plots you will need to change your name back to the original name, and then you will fully own the plot.
