It has been over 6 hours now, and My password has changed. My Dad works for a company called COX and he cant figure this out either. What is up? Did i get DDoSed, or is it a minecraft in general error? I can log into my alt, just cant log into _MEGA_COOKIE_ ;/ I have even changed my password like 5 times... I checked spelling errors in passwords and emails, and it NOTHING. D: If anyone has any info or knows how can help please PM me or reply to this thread. Thanks ~Nitro
Well, DDoSing has nothing to do with stealing your information unless they're able to do so while you're booted off your wifi, but seeing as you said you keep changing your password, and that you're able to log into your alt I wouldn't say it's a problem at all with your wifi or DDoSing, I'd consider emailing Mojang's support team/calling them about this if you can't log in after another half hour-an hour.
I Just checked my google settings, said that Someone from Chicago Illinois Tried logging into my account, which none of my family or anyone with my passwords live.
Have you downloaded anything that could have had added things, or did have added things not at all relevant to what you downloaded, or gone to any suspicious websites?
Problem: you're hacks overided your main account and took over it for time it's what happens when you hack a game.
My Google Stuff seems fine now.. Just i cant connect to anything related to minecraft. I don't know why ;/
Someone could always have been using a VPN and most likely is someone who knows you and could possibly know your password, I'd change your password to your account, the recovery email(if you have one), and make sure to update the recovery phone number so that you can always recover and secure your account as quickly as possible. I'd change all your passwords after you search your computer for suspicious software, also if you have a security program for your computer, I'd do scans regularly and remove anything that was installed recently and which you have no idea what it is.
Like I said, I would contact a Mojang staff member about that after you get as much information as you can about it to tell them.
Well the thing is, the only one who knows my passwords are, Me and My parents. I don't even have/ know anyone in Chicago. Like at this point i don't know what to do, considering i already changed my password and it hasn't worked for the minecraft account.
The minecraft account and the gmail account are most likely completely separate, seeing as the last time the person from Chicago logged in was 11 days ago and you've changed the information there shouldn't be a problem, just contact Mojang support and see if you can get anything out of that, for now just use your alternate account.
