I don't think you understand how this works. When you donated, you agreed to the terms. No refunds, whatsoever. Banning you doesn't do anything, you don't rent a free donor rank for some down payment that we just give back. The answer to the refund? No. That won't happen.
Chargeback's are making the owner loose RL money, so you're basically scamming them. You used their services, you can't just expect money back. A donation is a donation.

Refunding can happen anywhere, in a store etc if you get took to court over a 'minecraft donation' it's a waste of time, he could just ring up his bank retailer and have it refunded job done stop crying please.
Yeah? That's called scamming, which is never taken to court due to its lack of worth, but it is still illegal. You can make a completely normal transaction, call your bank, say it was fraud, keep the product. It's called "Scamming". Congrats, you literally said "break the law why don't ya".
