Neutral. I am a Z and God Rank. So there is no point to go to God Mine if the mine is worse compare to Z Mine.
Z Mine has Emerald and Diamond Blocks. And I know there are Gods who aren't Z, so I understand.

Hmm idk if this is such a great idea. It would be okay to have this if there could be mines for the prestige prison ranks that are Citizen, Veteran, HighRoller etc etc. If it can happen for both donors and non donors then support.
