I have no clue why, but when I saw that gif, I instantly thought of my uncle.

 

I saw you on there for most of October and was really cheering for you, but then you dropped one day and I was like ):

 

Nope. You only have to vote super early on the last day of the month, not every day in the month.

 

There is a 24 hour cooldown, you can't just vote late everyday then vote very early the last day of the month.

 

The voting resets at a certain time every day, the same time for every player. For everyone in my area, it allows us to vote at exactly 10am every day.

 

There isn't a 24 hour cooldown. On Friday I usually vote at about 4pm and then on Saturday at 8am. That's only a 16 hour gap.

 

I once voted at 8:30, then tried voting at 8pm because that's 12:00am on the voting website. It said I voted. :P
