Laggy servers

noob servers are lagging like hell, also there are bunch of nether portals on opfactions spawn ;p

So what is your suggestion to solving this problem that you find evident?

Well if i did do it it added blocks so i didn't grief.

 

Greif (to minecraft) - To add, remove, alter, move, or replace blocks, items, or entities. i.e. adding block around a players bed. or remove blocks from a spawn/warp point.

I think that sums it up, right?

 

Yupp but i didnt place it it spawned there. ; ) i can argue for days.

 

As for a nether portal, you can go to a coordinate in the nether make a portal and cause it to generate one in the overworld at a specific coordinate. It still a greif! You to a specific X-Y-Z in the nether and you could even make one generate right at the spawn point. So any more excuses?

 

I didnt light it go to op facs you cant light portals.

 

Servers are pretty laggy :/

Umm, no need to. I said what was relevant to the topic and other posts. So this topic would be locked, because there are 3 other topics about connection problems with the server.

 

Not connection problems, just lag in game.

 

From what I can tell and track down, it is the middle between mineverse and peoples ISP! The company that allow everyone from around the world to connect to mineverse. Its the same company that world of Warcraft uses and they had this problem before too.

 

I rarely have trouble with lag. Maybe it's a local problem?
