I think you should be able to refund ranks. Not right away because people will get a few kits then refund it. Unless you had it for a year let's say you should be able to refund it.
This is pointless. The money will have probably been spent by the time they want the refund. No support.
thats exactly like saying: i bought GTA V 12 months ago and its boring now, brb i will go to the store and refund the money. srs.. you can't just do that. you probably didn't read the terms & conditions because it clearly says that you are not allowed to refund the money.
The thing with refunds is that it only works if you purchase something, and in this case, you are actuall not purchasing anything. You are donating towards the server, and in return you receive items/kits ect in return. I don't think anyone has to state support or no support for this suggestion, because this suggestion will most likely never be accepted by the community, let alone the higher ups.
Um Lets look at the logic when you go to the Store its called a donator rank you are donating money to the server thus refunding isn't allowed #logic

As @Mineterria said, they are called donator ranks for a reason. When you paid for your rank, you knew it was a donation, correct? You can not take back a donation because without donations towards Mineverse, we would not have a server. No support.
