Every like 1-2 minutes on MV everything just freezes and it gets annoying.

You're not alone. They need to restart the server.

Restart. Like, shut it down, then start it back up again. Nothing would be lost. It's like when they restart Infection for maps. They shut it down for a minute to get the map in the cycle, then they start it up again.

 

Ohh, I get ya.

Like when I add plugins to my server I have to reload it.

 

When in the main lobby press the TAB key and check your connection. Then change to a different main lobby, before you go to a game mode. Try each lobby and which one work.
