Why are you applying for Moderator? Why do I think I would make a great moderator? I think the real question is, what makes me any different to anyone else applying for this position? So let me start off by saying, no matter the issue, it needs to be handled in a mature and professional manner. This being said, I am already known for helping vast numbers of players daily with small things like answering questions about the server (to the best of my ability).I also have large amounts of time on my hands but really have nothing to do with it, so I may as well put it to good use. I don't yell, I don't argue, my trick is to speak to players as though they are innocent until proven guilty. By using this technique, I am able to keep a lid on things so to speak until a staff member comes to resolve the issue. I have a lot of experience with things like hacks and scams. I am figuratively not a small person, I don't back out when things get heated. I consider myself patient, responsible, mature, in some ways wise, and I have finally realised just how important respect for everybody is, and trustworthy, to me trust is a massive part of my relationships with others, if I break some ones trust how can I expect them to be any better to me? I quickly grow to care for people. I give support to any one in need in any way I can to the best of my ability, no matter who they are. I consider myself fun, but when it is required I am strict, inquisitive and unyielding. during these times I aim to be fair and make informed decisions on the situations that I am faced with. I feel that with my skills and experience I would be great to asset to the Mineverse staff team! How long have you been playing on the Server? I originally joined the server early 2014, during this time I guess I could say that I was "on and off" in terms of activity. This year, A vast relationship with Mineverse and its community has grown and I'm proud to be a part of it. These days I'm on for a guaranteed 1-3 hours daily. Have You Ever Been Banned On Any Of Mineverse's Servers? Why? Explain In Detail: I was banned on Op Prison for apparently "Doxing and Ddosing a player", however I was later unbanned due to lack of evidence, though I did say said players Facebook alias in public chat. I was also banned on Archer Pvp after a run in with one of its players, were I was rather foul mouthed with the player, I have never been banned from the forums What Are Some Ways You Can Help Improve Mineverse? I took a while trying to think of some ways that I would substantially improve Mineverse and realized that the answer was not that hard. I can continue to offer the support that I currently do, basically this is a place where I can be myself. My experience and professionalism would really lift Mineverse in terms of how things are handled hopefully leading to a happier community for all players involved. Which server within Mineverse are you currently most active on? Currently, i'm most active on Infection and Gta. But if I'm not, I can usually be found floating around all of them, beside from prison that is. If You Were In A Situation That You Are Not Suited To Handle, What Would You Do? Personally, I would obviously attempt to resolve the issue myself. If I were to be unable to for some unknown reason I would try to keep things cool until I am able to source someone who can. But, I have been on Mineverse for quite some time, learnt how things are taken care of and I see no reason why it would come to this. How active are you on the website? Will you be more active if you get the position of Moderator? I am not really much of an active member of the forums. But yes, if I were to be accepted into the team I would try to be even more active as well as processing the threads a little more actively rather than scanning as I usually do. How many days a week are you on the server for? I am on Mineverse daily with the exception of the odd family emergency, work or vacation (I work casually with usually 1-3 shifts a week, still usually leaving time to play that day) How many hours a day are you on the server(s) for? Usually I'm online from anywhere between 1-3 hours a day, sometimes even more. It really depends on my education and as I said before, the general family reasons. Will you be on the website at same time as you are online In-Game? Yes, but that does not mean that I won't be giving one priority over the other. As a moderator, I would be requested to moderate the forums AND the community. Do you have Ways To Communicate With Other Staff Other Than In Game and Forums? Yes, I have Skype and Facebook, which I check both regularly. Some things about me: I really enjoy seeing other people happy and making other people happy I am strong with people and like to lead I have done a little moderating on small servers I am a problem solver I speak only English fluently but have dabbled in a little Italian and Dutch Music is extremely important to me Side notes: Many will now me as "Munchy101" I would like my past to be forgotten and make a fresh start with everyone as I have been away from Mineverse for months and have returned a rather differently behaved person In the past I have been rather immature or not dealt with situations the way i should have (like with my ban from Archer Pvp), though I left the minecraft community for a few and now i have returned and I now consider myself a much more mature person. I am close friends with a global moderator and I have had a very large amount of time to observe the may she moderates and deals with problems and i can definitely say i have learned from her My work varies I do not have set shifts I attend school and it takes up 6 1/2 hours of my week days I would write up a table of how often id be active per day, but with work I really don't know I WELCOME PLAYER FEEDBACK ON MY APPLICATION Please, people who used to know me, do not be jumping to conclusions and saying that you do not want me as one of your authority figues, get to know me again before making that decisions. I'm dismissing the fact that we are friends when I say this as I can not be bias. I believe you have the maturity and right attitude to become a great staff member. Work on becoming more active within the community and you will make a fantastic candidate. Support, good luck.
