Along the lines of this, almost all staff who got demoted/get demoted, in about 4-5 weeks, they reapply again and get back in the position some how so I almost all the promotions, there is only like 1 or 2 new mods. :/ support.
Oh yes, forgot to say support. 'More Staff Ranks'. I personally like the 'Trainee' mod idea. I don't think this is of much use: 'they are given very basic staffing commands (/kick, /mute, etc), and must prove themselves truly fit for being a Mod'. Instead, they should be given 2 servers that they would like to moderate. If they are the worthy of the position, they should be promoted to Global.
Well those days are over, and Miverse has grown in populace a significant amount since then. Without a strong staff team, there will only be major problems.
So it's not much that the staff is bad but... #1: there aren't enough staff AT ALL #2: the staff aren't active and on kitpvp it makes me mad when the hackers don't get banned for hacking killaura triggerbot aimbot and so on. It upsets me that a perfectly good server is turning into trash because cyp and noob aren't letting apps be submitted idk y but this all upsets me.
So I'll take it you support my idea of a staff team redux. I thank you for your opinion of this major problem ^^
In my opinion, it is very unfortunate that a server that is otherwise very good deals with these problems frequently. Yes, the staff can't always be on. And yes, there aren't that many staff applications that are good enough to accept. I think there should be something to promote people to apply when the staff count is low. Of course it would mean it would take more work to sift the bad apps from the good, but in the end it could be very helpful to both staff and regular members.
Its not that mineverse isn't looking for more staff but the apps they get a lot are ones people make in 2 minutes the people that normally get in are older members but not all of them want staff like your not gonna get more staff if the people you have to hire aren't trust worthy and are none experienced
SUPPORT BIG TIME. Like, the amount of rulebreakers on this server is like a quarter of the whole server, maybe even a third. There needs to be more Staff that can be responsible like the mods (And retired mods) so that that quarter/third of rulebreakers becomes a tenth or none at all. Steve, I support this well-written suggestion and it must be heard.
I think the problem here is that people rate mod apps by his activity on forumsv (like 75%) but not in game.
