      Hello! My Minecraft username is HerpyDerpy.
      When I click the Buy button in the Mineverse shop, It notifies me saying: "You're not allowed to purchase this item."
      Here is a screenshot: (hopefully it works this time)

      I would really like to have this problem resolved as soon as possible!

      I hadn't entered my credit card details yet, It says that when I try to add it to my cart. And I will attach the screenshot to the forum

      It may be because of a chargeback. Have you gotten refunds from the buycraft site recently? Also, as it says above, email [email protected] once every week.
