That might work, but not all the time. Sometimes making a thread is better, but try them both

email [email protected] with your receipt (send to your email) to prove that you purchased it. Then wait patiently for a response.

Welcome wesley watts! Sorry to hear that you didn't get your sponsor rank. Here is how you can hopefully get it-
1. Email [email protected]
2. Give your username and proof of the purchase
3. Make sure to bump your email every week so it doesn't stay at the bottom of all the other help emails

(I just noticed you have 2 other threads about the same problem, and it's kinda annoying me. Choose one that you would like to keep open and then tag a mod (Like this- @[Name]) to close the other 2.)

First of all, email this: [email protected]
Give your username, information about your purchase, how much you paid for it, when you paid for it and if you have any supporting evidence that you paid for the rank, it would be very helpful if you show it to Cyp. I'm basically repeating what Reborn just said but just lengthening it;hopefully you'll understand.
