So, I used to play Mineverse a lot on a Minecraft alt I had found online named 'FullXGamer'. The original account has since had a name change and the name 'FullXGamer' has now been claimed by another user. As dumb as I was, I decided to purchase a rank on an insecure account, resulting in the changing of the user's password and the loss of my rank. That lands me here. I now have my own Minecraft account and I would like to have it transferred to my new account, named Prefixed. I have the transaction ID as well as the PayPal transaction ID. I have tried contacting support, but it's been days now and I still haven't gotten a response. I'm thinking about upgrading to Sponsor, but I'd like to wait until I receive my rank back so I don't end up paying the extra money I rarely have. Also, would it be possible for me to receive my Skygrid stuff back? Like, if I were to provide the names on some of my chests, could I somehow be teleported back to my old base and had the names on the chests changed so that I'd have access to my old stuff again? I don't want to have my /home set to the new base - I just want to have temporary access so that I may move all my stuff.
