NOT SURE WHY IT SAYS SKYBLOCK, I DID /buy ON INFECTION - The Email is the owners ign also so it was all done correct.

If compensation is possible i'd be expecting maybe a rank upgrade since i bought the rank nearly a week ago!! If i do get compensation please add it on BuyCraft as a payment so i can rank upgrade

The support email receives a lot of emails per day and it can be hard for them to go through every single one of them. The only thing I can suggest is you re-send your email every 5 days until you get a response.

I have double check and searched your Minecraft name in our buycraft database, we haven't received anything.

Try calling your bank, maybe they have your money on hold.

It says it is completed - No issue with bank I am looking to buy elite but I need my money back or my sponsor rank since you still have the money and i can assure you that. IT says the transaction was Completed with no issue at all!.
