New Staff Role

Hello all, today I have a suggestion for a new staff role. I am not sure if there already is one. Donation Support, this person will take care of all the inquiry about donations such as rank not recieved ect.

 

Yes, let's give players the chance to handle hard currency.

 

It would be an in-game command. I have seen on other servers and it works smoothly.

 

I'm not sure about this right now :/ a lot could go wrong..

Perhaps even gone through a long term Moderator service to have some experience... :/

 

One of the current experienced moderators could volunteer for this rank. It would be a great rank and it would be awesome as everyone won't have to rely on cyp and crew to fix the donation issues. This would be a great addition. 50% support, if cyp could find someone trustworthy, it'd be all g.

From first hand experience... Not even operators have PEX. I doubt they would do this anytime soon.

 

For a Donation Support to work extremely well, you'd need access to Buycraft.
I don't see anywhere in the nearest millennia Crew giving anyone access to Buycraft, even if it's an extremely limited Subuser account.
As much as it'd be nice, I doubt it will ever happen.

What Mineverse needs are System Administrators/Administrators.
But to be honest, crew is handling it well, just needs a bit of help.
