    Yo Mineverse.

Since it's coming up to Christmas rather quickly, I decided to ask for a new laptop as mine is so slow that it won't even open google. (smh)

So, I wanted to ask about what Razer laptop I should buy and where I should get it from.

    Simply write down:

    What Razer Laptop?
What site is the best/ cheapest for buying it?

    Cheers ;)

I actually recommend saving up around 500 dollars and building a beast gaming PC like I did :P Laptops suck for gaming honestly

Are you absolutely positive you'd rather have a laptop over a gaming-station?

Razer laptops range from $1,000-$3,000 (USD).
Why not spend 3/4 of that and get a much better experience?

I'm not about building, just grabbing one second hand.

I'd like to have the 2 combined.

    What are you suggesting?

    Getting a desktop.
You can always change your components, upgrade, and even get a better monitor.
You can always go to Digital Storm (Recommended), Ironside, or CyberPower to get a custom PC built.

    Laptops aren't really good for gaming entirely, and here's why;
    - You cannot upgrade the specs once they become outdated, thus meaning you'd have to spend another 2-4K on a more powerful gaming laptop. Gaming desktops are interchangeable meaning you can replace and repair any of the PC's components, such as the GPU or battery.
Laptops are more expensive in the long run, as a good running gaming PC can be built with just 500 dollars.
    etc etc

What do you mean by second hand?

You can have components replaced, just not as easily.
Laptops aren't made for part swapping, more for mobility.

    Nope.

I tried upgrading the GPU of my previous laptop, and it was physically impossible to do so. Plus, the batteries of laptops are weak and need to often be replaced as well.

Well, not every laptop has that compatibility.
You are able to upgrade RAM, and such.
You may have to just turn it in professional hands for them to handle it.

The main point of this is to buy a laptop second hand off Ebaynor something.
It just somehow broke into building PC's and stuff.
    But I don't want that.
Second hand is what I want.

Why would you buy it "second hand"?

Exactly, and guess what that all costs?

    That's right, more money. :P

    Cheaper and more reliable.
All I need is a laptop that can run MC and steam games well whilst still functioning on the Internet and stuff.

I never said anything about money, I'm just stating you can upgrade your laptop... ._.
Not really. If you purchase from Digital Storm, you get their customer service.
Why would you purchase from a second company when you can customize your PC to your liking from the original website?

Hell, you were attempting to purchase a 1k+ Razer Laptop.

    True indeed :P

But the main point I am stressing is that PC gaming is far less expensive overall than gaming on a laptop, haha
